MA, NY, PA and VA are currently overpopulated. 2.1.5 Ideology Shifts Each faction can shift the ideology of up to three politicians, unless the faction leader has the following traits: If the faction leader has “iron fist” then they can flip two more politicians. If they have “propagandist”, then they can flip one more politician. If they have “manipulative,” then they can flip one more politician. If they are the currently party leader, then they can flip two more politicians. If they have multiple of the above, then add them together, with a grand total possibility of 9 ideology shift attempts. 2.1.6 Politician Conversions Skipping as we don't have faction leaders yet. 2.1.7 Kingmakers & Proteges You may activate ONE kingmaker An active Kingmaker must be at least 35 years old and not on a career track. There are no age limitations for protege. An active Kingmaker gets one protégé from their own faction who must also be from their own state and own personal ideology. Relocations: John Baldwin moves to DE (alt state). James Wadsworth to OH. Asahel Stearns to VT. Ideology shifts: Justice Bushrod Washington to Lib. Sen. James Hillhouse to Mod. Asahel Stearns to Lib. Political conversions: Skip. Kingmakers: No kingmakers.

Speaker of the House -- Must be a US Representative who previously served as a committee chair or House leadership/whip role or has the leadership trait, and does not have easily overwhelmed/incompetent. If no politician meets all requirements, then any US Rep is eligible. Current Speaker @jnewt Nathaniel Macon is the only eligible candidate. Macon loses obscure, gains +1 Legis (now a 5!), Unlikable, 500pts Senate President Pro Tempore -- This position also acts as Sen Maj Ldr (and is elected as such) until the creation of the Sen Maj Ldr; however, it does not have the chance of gaining traits or abilities if the Sen Maj Ldr position has not been created yet. Current Pro Tempore @ShortKing Sen Abraham Baldwin is the only eligible candidate Baldwin gets 100pts 2.2.2 Congressional Committees Appointed: @jnewt Please appoint all the House Committee Chairs and Members (their are no ranking members yet) @ShortKing Please appoint all the Senate Committee Chairs and Members (no ranking members) Chairs need to have a Legis ability of at least 2 OR have leadership trait.
